Matching Supply to Project Work
Dredging equipment decisions are project decisions. Four questions usually settle the specification.
- How long is the project? Wear parts should be sized against the project duration, not against calendar hours. A six-month job and a three-year job justify different material choices.
- Can a damaged casting leave site? If not, specify A25 weldable material so repair is possible in place. This is the single most useful question for remote or island work.
- What geometry does the vessel impose? The rotatable discharge means one pump build fits several ladder and pipework arrangements — useful where the same pump moves between vessels.
- Submersible or horizontal? Submersible works at the bed with no suction lift; horizontal on a pontoon suits coarser material and longer discharge lines.
Standard models are held in stock and despatch in 7–10 days, which matters when a project pump fails mid-contract.

What to Send With Your Enquiry
Send the project duration, the bed material and largest particle size, the discharge distance and lift, the vessel or platform arrangement, and whether damaged castings can be shipped off site. We will confirm the model, the material and a spares holding sized to the project.

How should wear parts be sized for a project?
Against the project duration rather than calendar hours. A short contract and a multi-year operation justify different material and stocking decisions.
What if a casting is damaged on a remote site?
Specify A25 (HB300–350). It is weldable, so repair in place is possible rather than waiting out a replacement delivery.
Can one pump serve several vessels?
Often yes. The discharge rotates to any orientation, so the same pump build fits different ladder and pipework geometries.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One set. Wear parts can be added to the same order and ship in the same consignment.
What is the lead time?
Standard models held in stock despatch in 7–10 days. Other models are delivered within 30 days, depending on quantity, wet-end material and model.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C and O/A, agreed against order size and the commercial relationship.
Do you hold CE and EAC certification?
Yes — ISO 9001:2015 covering quality, environment and occupational health, an energy management system certificate, CE under the MD and EMC directives, and EAC 004 and EAC 010 for the Eurasian Economic Union.

In fumigation-free wooden cases, which avoids the treatment and documentation that solid-wood packing requires in most destinations.
