Ordering singly matters in this duty because wear is never even: the throatbush and impeller usually go long before the casing does.

Material Options and Where Each Belongs
Parts are produced in high-chrome alloy, ceramic, polyurethane, natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and in metal, rubber or ceramic composite builds. High-chrome suits coarse, high-impact abrasive service. Rubber suits finer particles and mildly corrosive duty but dislikes sharp angular solids. Polyurethane sits between the two on fine abrasive work. Ceramic is chosen where erosion dominates and impact is low. Tell us the particle shape as well as the size, since shape is often what decides between metal and rubber.

Matching From a Sample or Drawing
Parts can be produced from your sample or from a drawing, and OEM work is supported. Individual part dimensions and tolerances are confirmed on request before anything is cut. Where you are replacing wear parts in an existing installation, send the pump size and duty alongside the sample so the replacement is matched on fit and on service conditions rather than on outline alone.

Planning Replacements
Wear parts are best ordered against a known change interval rather than after a failure, because a worn throatbush pulls efficiency down long before it fails outright. Lead time and minimum order quantity are quoted per order and differ between wear parts and complete pump sets.
