Horizontal Slurry Pumps Engineered for the Toughest Abrasive DutyA horizontal slurry pump is a cantilever, horizontal centrifugal pump built to move strongly abrasive, high-concentration slurry that ordinary water pumps cannot handle. Choose one when your duty involves metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building materials, river dredging or municipal solids transport, and can carry slurry with a solids concentration up to 50% by weight.
Vertical Slurry Pumps for Sump & Submerged Duty — No Seal WaterA vertical (sump) slurry pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever pump mounted over a sump; it runs without any shaft seal or seal water, ideal where suction is insufficient or floor drainage is needed.
Gravel Sand Pumps for the Toughest Large-Particle DutyA gravel sand pump is a single-casing, wide-passage centrifugal pump for continuously moving highly abrasive material whose particles are too large for an ordinary slurry pump. Choose it for river-sand mining, sand dredgers, river dredging, and slag transport in mining and smelting; the SGH variant is the high-head option.
Dredge Pumps for Heavy-Duty Sand & Slurry DredgingA dredge pump moves highly abrasive sand, gravel and slurry with large particles in continuous dredging duty; it uses a wide-passage, high-chrome SG/SGH design.
Froth Pumps Engineered for Air-Entrained Flotation DutyA froth pump moves the air-entrained mineral froth produced in flotation cells, where the slurry density is below one and available NPSH is very low. Ordinary slurry pumps struggle here; a froth pump uses an enlarged inlet and open impeller to draw the froth into the impeller eye and avoid feed-hopper overflow and mineral spillage.
FGD Slurry Pumps — Corrosion & Wear Resistant Desulfurization DutyAn FGD (flue-gas desulfurization) slurry pump circulates limestone or gypsum slurry in power-plant desulfurization systems, facing combined low-pH corrosion and abrasion.

About SHANGLISHI
SHANGLISHI PUMP GROUP is a large-scale pump manufacturer. The site covers 200,000 m², of which 150,000 m² is workshop floor.
Casting is done in house on six medium-frequency induction furnaces with a combined 35 tonnes of melting capacity, feeding an automated precision line that produces 18,000 tonnes of castings a year.
Machining runs on CNC lathes, large vertical lathes and automated machining centres. The plant also hosts a workstation of the Machinery Industry Drainage and Irrigation Machinery Product Quality Testing Centre (Shijiazhuang).

Casting on six induction furnaces in house means a liner alloy can be matched to your slurry, and a replacement can ship without waiting on an outside foundry. Every pump is performance-tested before it leaves.
