Submersible Slurry Pump Distributors & Suppliers
Become a distributor or project partner for Submersible Slurry Pump. We support regional distributors and project integrators with OEM and private-label supply, technical training and marketing assets — with regional focus across Russia, the CIS, Central Asia and the Middle East, plus Africa, South America and Southeast Asia.

Buying submersible slurry pumps — the wet end decides wear life, but the control panel decides whether the motor survives. Both need to be on the order.
- SZ(B)Q series, discharge 65–400 mm, head to 260 m, motor 3–315 kW
- High-chrome A05 wet end, not the cast iron used in clear-water submersibles
- Protection package must be in the panel — supplied by us or fitted to yours
- Four control configurations including automatic alternating duty
- 380 V 50 Hz standard; 380–600 V and 50/60 Hz to order
- Specify run-dry sensing where the sump level can fall
CE · EAC · ISO 9001 · ISO 14001 · ISO 45001
What Belongs on the Order
Submersible pumps fail through the motor far more often than through the wet end, and the difference is usually what was left off the order.
- The protection package. Winding over-temperature, oil-chamber leakage, motor-cavity float and bearing temperature all need a controller to act on them. If you supply your own panel, the protection controller must be fitted in it — our electrical group will advise on the installation.
- The right control configuration. Four are available: standard supply and drainage; with overflow alarm; continuous automatic alternating; and alternating with overflow alarm. Duty and standby sets that must share running hours need the alternating configuration.
- Run-dry protection where the level falls. Cooling depends on the stator casing staying immersed. On a falling sump this is not optional.
- Voltage and frequency. Confirm at order — 380–600 V and 50 or 60 Hz are available but must be specified.

Supply, Certification and Inspection
We manufacture rather than trade — casting, machining, assembly and testing all happen in our own plants. That is what makes the technical answers on these pages possible in the first place.

What to Send With Your Enquiry
Send the flow and head, the medium with solids loading and particle size, the sump geometry and minimum working level, the duty cycle and the available voltage and frequency. Tell us whether you are supplying your own control panel.
Send Your Enquiry
Can we use our own control panel?
Yes, but the protection controller must be fitted inside it. Tell us at enquiry and our electrical group will advise on the installation.
Which control configuration do duty and standby sets need?
Continuous automatic alternating drainage, so the two sets share running hours. An overflow alarm version is also available.
Why not a clear-water submersible?
Mine and process water carries rock fines and sand. Clear-water pumps use a cast iron wet end; the SZ(B)Q uses high-chrome alloy for abrasive duty.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One set. Wear parts can be added to the same order and ship in the same consignment.
What is the lead time?
Standard models held in stock despatch in 7–10 days. Other models are delivered within 30 days, depending on quantity, wet-end material and model.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C and O/A, agreed against order size and the commercial relationship.
Do you hold CE and EAC certification?
Yes — ISO 9001:2015 covering quality, environment and occupational health, an energy management system certificate, CE under the MD and EMC directives, and EAC 004 and EAC 010 for the Eurasian Economic Union.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Four production bases and ten subsidiaries, with casting, machining, assembly and testing in house, and annual casting output of 18,000 tonnes.
How are pumps packed for export?
In fumigation-free wooden cases, which avoids the treatment and documentation that solid-wood packing requires in most destinations.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Arrange the inspection body with the order and we will schedule the works test accordingly.
