When This Series Is Worth Specifying
A general submersible pump will move sand. What it will not do is keep moving it without someone watching, and that is the whole point of this series.
- Gas isolation. A vent hole in the guide body at the mating face with the impeller blade discharges gas along the vent as it enters, so the pump keeps running instead of losing prime. Covered by patent ZL 202123102801.3.
- Sealed motor cooling. The conveyed medium is exported from the outer sleeve of the motor and cools it, so the motor runs without flooding. Covered by patent ZL 202123054344.5.
- Where it pays. Floating platforms, remote river sites and any installation where sending someone out to re-prime a pump is expensive or slow.
- Where a standard submersible is enough. Attended installations with stable level and no gas entrainment do not need the additional cost.

What to Send With Your Enquiry
Send the sand grading and top size, the solids concentration, the working depth and seasonal level variation, the discharge distance and lift, and whether the installation will be supervised. That last point decides whether this series is the right specification.

What makes unattended running possible?

When is a standard submersible sufficient?
Where the installation is attended, the level is stable and there is no gas entrainment. The air-isolated series is specified for the cases where those conditions do not hold.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One set. Wear parts can be added to the same order and ship in the same consignment.
What is the lead time?
Standard models held in stock despatch in 7–10 days. Other models are delivered within 30 days, depending on quantity, wet-end material and model.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C and O/A, agreed against order size and the commercial relationship.
