Buying slurry pump wear parts in bulk — over the life of an installation the spend on impellers, liners, throatbushes and seal sets exceeds the price of the pump many times over. Getting the ordering system right matters more than the unit price.
- Frame type is the primary identifier — A through U, fourteen frames
- Parts supplied against drawing or sample as well as model number
- Metal, rubber and polyurethane liner sets share the same pressure casing
- Long-term parts supply available for installed fleets
- Nine wear material grades; selection follows wear mechanism, not hardness
- Test reports and material certification issued with the order

Building a Parts Order That Works
A parts order goes wrong in predictable ways. These are the four worth designing out.
- Identify by frame type first. Frame type fixes the bearing assembly, grease charge, gland water rate and axial adjustment. Every pump on the same frame shares these, so a parts list organised by frame is shorter and less error-prone than one organised by pump.
- Specify the material, not just the part. The same impeller exists in A05, A07, rubber and polyurethane. Ordering “an impeller” without the grade produces the wrong wear life, and the fault is usually attributed to quality rather than to the order.
- Send the wear pattern with the repeat order. Uneven liner wear often indicates a duty point away from best efficiency rather than a liner problem. Repeating the same order without checking repeats the underlying cause.
- Supply against drawing or sample where the model is unknown. For older installations where the model number has been lost, parts can be made from a drawing or a sample part.
For installed fleets, long-term parts supply can be arranged so that consumption is scheduled rather than reactive, and parts ship with a pump order or separately.

Supply, Certification and Inspection
We manufacture rather than trade — casting, machining, assembly and testing all happen in our own plants. That is what makes the technical answers on these pages possible in the first place.

What to Send With Your Enquiry
Send the frame types in your fleet, the parts required with the material now fitted, the observed wear pattern and the annual consumption if known. Where the model number is unavailable, send a drawing or a sample part. We will quote against the list and advise where a material change is worth considering.

Can you make parts to our drawing or sample?
Yes. Parts are supplied against drawing or sample as well as against model number — useful where the model has been lost on an older installation.
What is the most useful identifier when ordering?
Frame type. It fixes the bearing assembly, grease charge, gland water requirement and axial adjustment for every pump on that frame.
Do you hold stock for long-term supply?
Long-term parts supply for installed fleets can be arranged, with parts shipped alongside a pump order or separately.
Our liners wear unevenly — is that a material problem?
Often not. Uneven wear usually indicates the pump is running away from its best-efficiency point. Send the wear pattern with the enquiry and we will look at it before quoting a like-for-like replacement.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One set. Wear parts can be added to the same order and ship in the same consignment.
What is the lead time?
Standard models held in stock despatch in 7–10 days. Other models are delivered within 30 days, depending on quantity, wet-end material and model.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C and O/A, agreed against order size and the commercial relationship.
Do you hold CE and EAC certification?
Yes — ISO 9001:2015 covering quality, environment and occupational health, an energy management system certificate, CE under the MD and EMC directives, and EAC 004 and EAC 010 for the Eurasian Economic Union.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Four production bases and ten subsidiaries, with casting, machining, assembly and testing in house, and annual casting output of 18,000 tonnes.
How are pumps packed for export?
In fumigation-free wooden cases, which avoids the treatment and documentation that solid-wood packing requires in most destinations.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Arrange the inspection body with the order and we will schedule the works test accordingly.
