Buying gravel pumps in quantity — single-casing construction changes the spares economics completely. There is no liner to replace, so the wear part is the casing itself and the ordering pattern is different from a lined pump.
- Single-casing: body, cover and impeller all in wear-resistant metal, no liner
- Maximum particle 82–254 mm depending on model
- Capacity 10–1060 L/s; SGH build reaches 78–80 m head
- A22 cast steel casings; A23 components; A25 weldable for field repair
- Discharge rotatable to any orientation
- Full performance and dimension tables published for pre-order selection

How Gravel Pump Spares Differ
On a lined slurry pump the liner is consumed and the casing lasts. On a gravel pump there is no liner, so the casing is the wear part — and that changes what you should stock.
- Stock casings and impellers, not liner sets. The full wall thickness is wear material. That is deliberate: on coarse gravel a liner is broken rather than worn.
- Specify weld-repairable material where access is hard. A25 (HB300–350) is softer than A22 but weldable, so a damaged casting can be repaired on site. On a dredge or a remote pit that can be worth more than the extra hardness.
- Select on top particle size across the fleet. Standardising on a size that passes the largest stone at every location is usually cheaper than matching each site exactly and holding more spare types.
- Note the rotatable discharge. One pump build fits multiple installation geometries, which reduces the number of distinct configurations to stock.

What to Send With Your Enquiry
Send the largest particle size at each location, the duty points, the quantity and the destination. We will return a selection aimed at the smallest number of distinct models that covers your sites, plus a recommended spares holding.

Why is there no liner to order?
Gravel pumps are single-casing — body, cover and impeller are all cast in wear-resistant metal. On coarse gravel a liner would be broken rather than worn, so the full wall thickness serves as wear material instead.
Which material for remote sites?
Consider A25 (HB300–350). It is softer than A22 but weldable, so a damaged casting can be repaired in the field rather than waiting for a replacement.
How do we reduce the number of spare types?
Select on the largest particle size across all your locations rather than matching each site exactly. Fewer distinct models means fewer distinct spares.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One set. Wear parts can be added to the same order and ship in the same consignment.
What is the lead time?
Standard models held in stock despatch in 7–10 days. Other models are delivered within 30 days, depending on quantity, wet-end material and model.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C and O/A, agreed against order size and the commercial relationship.
Do you hold CE and EAC certification?
Yes — ISO 9001:2015 covering quality, environment and occupational health, an energy management system certificate, CE under the MD and EMC directives, and EAC 004 and EAC 010 for the Eurasian Economic Union.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Four production bases and ten subsidiaries, with casting, machining, assembly and testing in house, and annual casting output of 18,000 tonnes.
How are pumps packed for export?
In fumigation-free wooden cases, which avoids the treatment and documentation that solid-wood packing requires in most destinations.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Arrange the inspection body with the order and we will schedule the works test accordingly.
